Ingredients:
- 2 American Wagyu New York strip steaks
- 1/4 cup smooth peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons wasabi paste
- 1/4 cup chopped unsalted peanuts
- 2 tablespoons blue cheese
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
Instructions:
- Preheat your grill to high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together the peanut butter and wasabi paste until well combined.
- Spread the peanut butter mixture evenly over the top of the steaks, then press the chopped peanuts into the peanut butter to create a crust.
- In another small bowl, mix together the blue cheese and butter until well combined.
- Place the steaks on the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or longer if you prefer your steak more well done.
- Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5-10 minutes.
- Spread the blue cheese butter over the top of the steaks before serving.
